On September 14, 2006 peacefully at Dunedin Hospital. Loved and devoted Mum of Ron Morris and George & Sandy Morris. Dearly loved partner of Joe. Much loved Nana of Tash & Scott, Corey, Daniel, Chantelle, and Cameron. Dearly loved daughter of the late Joe & Bessie Headlam. Dearly loved sister and wee soul mate of Colleen O'Sullivan and the late Terry Headlam, and dearly loved aunty of Seamus O'Sullivan and the late Tania O'Sullivan; Shaydon, Latonya, and Darian.

"A very special lady, so dearly loved, so dearly missed".

A service for Pat will be held in Hope & Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2pm on Tuesday September 19, the funeral then leaving for the Green Park Cemetery.
