On 28-12-14, after a long illness; aged 46 years.

Dearly loved son of Ngaire and Peter Barnes, loved brother and brother-in-law of David and Anne-Marie, Chris, Stephen and Liz, and Uncle Greg to Nick, Matt, Siobhan, Caitlin, Jeremy, Laura and Amy.

A memorial service will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 3.00pm on December 31, 2014.

Thanks to staff at Leslie Groves Hospital for their care over the last five years.
