Of Mosgiel - Peacefully on February 11, 2015 at the Otago Community Hospice.

Loved wife of the late John, dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Peter, Brent and Patta (Wellington), Tracey Olsen (Wanaka) and grandma of Peter, Krysta, Michael, and Amanda; Samantha, Todd, and Campbell.

Special thanks to the staff of the Otago Community Hospice for their wonderful care and dedication.

A service for Annette will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 3.00pm on Saturday February 14, followed by private cremation.
