MCLACHLAN, Patricia Colleen (Pat, nee Gaffaney) - Peacefully on March 3, 2015 at the Otago Community Hospice; aged 83 years.

Dearly loved wife and friend of Ivan, much loved Mum, mother-in-law and friend of Chris and Debbie, Pete and Jude, Rick and Kenna, Brigid and Jason, Glenn and Debbie, loved Grandma Pat of Hanna, and Fin; Scott, Charlotte, Savannah, and Aria, and Armani; Arana, Mihi, and Taki; Becky, and Casey; Ruby, and Ben.

A farewell for Pat will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 3:00 pm on Friday 6th March, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
