GILCHRIST, Annette Margaret (formerly Dawson, nee Carter)

On September 11, 2015, at Leslie Groves Hospital, Dunedin. Dearly loved wife of the late Stanley Vincent Gilchrist, and the late William (Bill) Denham Dawson, much loved mother of John and Evelyn, Frances, Alex and Edgar Clark, Jenny and Simon Hardgrave, and the late Margaret and Mervyn Dickey.

Stepmother of Roger and Cathy, Joanne and John Aitken, Peter, Noel and Maxine.

Mother-in-law of Jane Dawson, Robyn Gilchrist and the late Bert Matthews. Much loved grandmother to a cast of thousands, and great-gran to an increasing tribe.

A service to celebrate Annette’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 3.00pm on Tuesday September 15, followed by private cremation.
