SALMON, John David (Jack) - On the evening of Monday, October 9, 2006 our dearest Jack died at Dunedin Hospital; aged 82 years. Much loved and loving partner of Shirley and devoted husband of the late Betty. Cherished father and mentor to his daughters Karen (Sydney), and Glennis, and grandad to Hannah (Sydney). Close and loved brother of Shirley Schmidli (Christchurch), dear friend and companion to Michael, and Vicky's mother and a welcome nearly brother-in-law to Ruth and Chas.

A service for Jack will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12 noon on Saturday, October 14, followed by private cremation.
