It is with sadness Bob’s family advise that Bob passed away on Saturday December 12, 2015 in the loving care of the staff at Summerset on Bishopscourt; aged 88 years.

Dearly loved husband of Raiha for 62 years (Yvette Williams Retirement Village). Loved Dad and Dad-in-law of Barbara and Barry Ford, Lawrence and the late Judith Christian (Lower Hutt), Peter Kennedy and Alinka Julian (Havelock North), Grant and Alison Kennedy. Loved Dad-in-law of Karen Traue (Lower Hutt).

Loved Grandad and Greatgrandad of Glen and Aleah Ford, Brooklyn and Samantha; Vicky and Max Goodall, Hunter, Kyan and Koby (Masterton); Scott Ford (Wellington); Matthew and Jessica Christian, Olivia (Wellington); Libby and Bernard Nanai, April, Layla and Raiha (Wainouiomata); Annalise Kennedy and Joshua Lindsay; Joshua Kennedy; Laura Kennedy; (all of Lower Hutt); Jackson Kennedy and Harrison Kennedy.

A service to celebrate Bob’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel cnr Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street on Friday December 18, at 12.30, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations can be left at the service for the Stroke Foundation of New Zealand.
