JOHNSTON, James Harry (Harry). 922525, CFN, C Sqn 1 Armd C Regt, LAD, RNZEME. Peacefully passed away at his home surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer. On October 23, 2006; aged 75 years. Dearly loved and caring husband of Heather, devoted and much loved father of Susan, and Peter, very much adored and loved grandad of Michelle, loved brother and brother-in-law of Ellie and Geordie Linklater (Gore), brother-in-law of the late Dave Clark (Kakanui), and Fernanda, Betty Clark (Waitati) and the late Peter. A loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews.

Harry will be at home until Thursday morning for those who wish to call. A Service for Harry will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1.30pm on Thursday October 26, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations for the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the Service.
