On February 21, 2016 peacefully in Dunedin; aged 67 years.

Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Mark and Theresa, Katrina and Jo, loved Gran of Samantha, and Ben.

A service for Jan will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 10am on Thursday February 25, followed by private cremation.
