Loved Dad of Mike, Sue and Barry (Australia) and Jackie and Phil, loved Grandad of Reuben, and Astrid; Jessica, and Hannah-Rose; Nick, and Dylan, Great-Grandad of Eden Dae, and remembered by Margaret.

Family acknowledge the wonderful loving care shown shown by the staff of Ross Home and Hospital.

A service for Lex will be held in the Port Chalmers Rugby Club, Albertson Avenue, Port Chalmers at 3.00pm on Tuesday May 24, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations for the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
