On May 25, 2016 peacefully at Dunedin Hospital; aged 92 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Ida, loved father and father-in-law of Geoff and Richard (Melbourne), Janet and Trevor Levens, loved Poppa of Gareth, Andrew and Nic and Great Grandad of Alex, Philip and Ruben. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Jo, Noreen, Peter and Doreen, Margaret, Gerry and the late Don Wakefield and loved uncle of his nieces and nephews. Cherished friend of Colin and Heather McDonald.

A service for Pat will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 3.00pm on Thursday June 2, followed by private cremation.
