SMART, Robert Duncan (Bob)

Peacefully on August 5, 2016 surrounded by his loving family; aged 61 years.

Dearly loved husband of Wendy, loved Dad of Bob and Annabel, Craig and Genna, Andrew and Sharee, much loved Grandad of Maddison; Daniel, Nick, Shanelle, Cairo, and Caitlin; Sophie, and Eliana.

Thank you to the Hospice, District Nurses, Oncology Staff, and Dr Rebecca Pope for their wonderful care and support.

A service for Bob will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 3pm on Wednesday August 10, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
