CHAN, Michael Teck Leng

Passed away suddenly and peacefully on July 14, 2016 in Hawaii, while on holiday with family.

Dearly loved husband of the late Mildred, beloved father and father-in-law of Anita and Neil, Belinda and Simon and much loved Kong Kong of Daniel and Emma.

R.I.P.  

Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Holy Name Catholic Church, Great King Street at 11.00am on Thursday August 11, followed by private interment.  

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the Mass.
