Passed away on September 5, 2016 peacefully, but suddenly at home, after a long illness that he courageously battled; aged 23 years.

Dearly loved son of Theresa and Nathan, adored partner of Tracy Baddeley, loved brother and friend of Hayden and Rebecca, and Jordan, loved uncle of Annabelle.

Treasured grandson of Trish and Stan and a loved nephew and cousin of all his extended family. Damien will be at home and friends and family are welcome to visit.

A service to celebrate Damien’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 10.00am on Saturday September 10, followed by private cremation.
