Peacefully at Ross Home and Hospital surrounded by her loving children, David, Tracy, Sharon, Philip, and Lynette on Tuesday September 13, 2016; aged 81 years.

Loved mother-in-law of Diane, Derek, Paul, Penny, and Tom, much loved Nana of her grandchildren Courtney, Brooke, Ashley, Hamish, Madison, Trudy, Tania, Kelly, and Corey and her great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. We would also like to thank the staff in Craig Wing at Ross Home.

A service for Dawn will be held in Ross Home Chapel, 360 North Road, Dunedin at 2.00pm on Friday September 16, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
