On Saturday November 19, 2016, peacefully surrounded by loving family; aged 29 years.

Devoted and loving Mum of Tate, loved daughter of Bruce and Kerry, loved sister of Daniel, Brad, and Weston, loved sister-in-law of Laine, and Micaela, and loved aunty of Skylar, Carson, Nicholas, and Symone.

Thanks to the staff of Wards 8B and 8C, Dunedin Hospital for going over and above in their care for Holly and her family.

A celebration of Holly’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 3.00pm on Thursday November 24, followed by private cremation.
