On January 27, 2017, peacefully at Dunedin Hospital; in his 90th year.

Loved husband of Noeline (nee Salton, previously Pringle), and the late Joan Kathleen, loved father and father-in-law John and Brenda, Chris and Kaaren, Jeremy and Alison, Pauline and David, Damian and Joanne, and the late Gillian, loved grandfather of Katie, Laura, and Jenny; Melissa, and Nicki; David, Simon, and Ross, and their families, and a proud Great-grandfather of Scarlett, and Alice. Loved step-father of Judy and Peter, Raylene and Keith, Diane and Paul, and their children and grandchildren.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Patrick's Basilica, Macandrew Road, South Dunedin at 10.30am on Wednesday February 1, followed by private burial.

In lieu of flowers donations to Little Sisters of The Poor would be appreciated and may be left at the Mass.
