On December 3, 2017, peacefully at Mossbrae Hospital; in her 78th year.

Dearly loved wife of Keith for 51 years. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Wendy and Rick Johnston, Paul and Melissa, loved nana of Max, Izzy, Amelia, Sofia, and Theo; Noah, and Paige.

A service for Jan will be held in the Dignity Chapel corner Middleton and Isadore Roads at 11am on Wednesday December 6, followed by private cremation.
