Peacefully passed at the Otago Community Hospice on Friday April 6, 2018, aged 55 years.

Loved and adored wife of Andrew for 34 years, much loved and adored mother and mother in law of Emilee and her husband Andy, Abigayle and her partner Joe, and son Zachary.

A service to celebrate Chele’s life will be held in St Paul’s Cathedral, the Octagon, Dunedin at 2pm on Saturday, April 14 followed by private cremation.

Donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
