On June 2, 2018, at Dunedin Hospital; aged 87 years. 

Dearly beloved wife of the late David Brunton. Beloved mother and grandmother of the late Norma Orr, Chris and Pip Orr and family and Dale Gunn and family. Stepmother of Trevor Brunton. Beloved sister of the late Norma and Geoff Lloyd and family, the late Ian and Mary Simpson and family and the late Barry and Dawn Simpson and family.

A service for Shirley will be held in the Dignity Chapel, corner Middleton and Isadore Roads at 11am on Thursday June 7, followed by private cremation.
