Peacefully on June 23, 2018 at the Otago Community Hospice; aged 54 years.

Loved son of the late Eileen and Frank, loved nephew of the late Dorothy Mann (Doff), dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of Susan Howard, Kevin and Vanessa, and Rosemary and Marty, loved uncle and great uncle of his many nieces and nephews.

“So dearly loved, so sadly missed.”

A service for Chris will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 12.30pm on Thursday June 28, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations to Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
