It is with great sadness that the family of Danetta Viviane Stringer announce her passing. Danetta will be forever remembered by her children Char and Cliff, Graham, Pania, Riwhi, Kane, and Danetta, her 11 grandchildren and her 6 great-grandchildren, cherished wife and best friend of the late Robert ‘Bob’ Stringer.

Loved wife of the late Bob. Loved second daughter of the late May and Mick Solomon (Temuka), dearly loved sister and sister-in-law of Russell and Alison Solomon (Seacliff), Maureen and Gary Hunt (Timaru), Pat and Colin Pudney (Fairlie), and Michael and Paulette Solomon (Christchurch), loved Aunty to all of her nieces and nephews.

From 10.30am, on Sunday September 2, Danetta will be resting at Arai te Uru Marae, 24 Shetland Street, Dunedin. A celebration of her life will be held in Arai te Uru Marae, at 1.30pm, on Monday September 3, then leaving for Dunedin Cemetery.
