WHITFIELD, Betty Mercia (nee Cox)

On September 11, 2018, at Dunedin Hospital; aged 88 years.

Wife of the late Peter. Much loved Mum and mother-in-law of Leonie and Peter Robinson, Allan, Jacky and the late Barry, loved Nana of Lisa and Mike, Michael and Emilie, Hayden and Jerrica, Amiee and Cory, Jessica and Lonnie, Zak, and the late Aidan, and Great-Nana and Nana-Field of Annabelle, Harlen, Brody, Cooper and Oliver, loved sister and sister-in-law of Bill and Honor Cox, and Shirley and the late Lenny Cox, special friend of Henry Michael.


A celebration of Betty’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 12.30pm, on Saturday September 15, followed by private cremation.
