Dearly loved partner and best friend of Bruce Cowan, proud mother of Danny and Megan, Ben and Catherine, and loving nana of Harrison, Benjie, Harpur, and Marnie; Geordice, Ailis, and Rhys, much loved sister and aunty of Brent, Craig, and Wendy Rackley, Sue and Ken McDowell, Josh, and Brooke, and a loved daughter of the late Joy and George Rackley.

A service for Jill will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner of Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12.30pm on Wednesday Oct 10, followed by private cremation.
