McKANE, Maxwell James (Max)

On October 28, 2018, at Dunedin Hospital, with family at his side (just); aged 86 years.

Loved husband of Jean^, loved father and father-in-law, and best friend of Shona, Debra, Garry and Nadine, loved Grandad Max of Lily, and Devin, loved brother and brother-in-law of Yvonne^ and Ian^ Sinclair, Coral and Joe Buckley, Clive and Jean^, and Alfreda, and loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews. (^denotes deceased)

Family acknowledge the staff of Redroofs, Thornbury House, Ross Home, and Ward 8B and 8C of Dunedin Hospital for their care and support.

A Service for Max will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 3:00 PM on Thursday November 1, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Neurological Foundation would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
