BARNES, Colleen Janette (nee Bruhns)

On December 25, 2018, passed peacefully at Montecillo Veterans Home and Hospital, with family at her side.

Loving wife of the late John Ernest (Ernie), loved Mum of Susan, Wayne and Leslie, Katrina and Bennie, and Jimmy and Melissa, loved Nana and Great-Nana of all her Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren, and a loved daughter of the late Nelly and Max Bruhns.

Colleen loved her short stay at Montecillo and received great support from all of the staff.

A service for Colleen will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 12.30pm on Monday December 31, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
