On April 2, 2019, peacefully at Ross Home; aged 93 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Phyllis, Juene, and Gwen, much loved Dad and father-in-law of Glyneece and Ian (Auckland), Raewyn and Tony ( Motueka), Moana Jan and Marcus (Hawera), Dean and Lisa (U.K), step-father of Barry and Gay, Suzanne and Robert; Dianne and Eric, Linda and Vince, David and Joanne, and the late Les.

Dearly loved grandad of all his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Special thanks to Aunty Betty Apes for her devotion and care and the staff at Ross Home for their care over the past 7 years.

A service to celebrate Jim’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12.30pm on Monday April 8, followed by private cremation.
