FOKKENS, Kelaine Kay (nee Thompson).

On April 18, 2019, peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice, after a long illness; aged 53 years.

Much loved wife of Brent, adored and loved Mum of Matthew. Dearly loved daughter of Elaine and the late Kelvin Thompson, and daughter-in-law of Jack and Wendy Fokkens, treasured sister of Shane, and Kim and loved aunt of Kayla, and Brad; Nickolas, Mitch, and the late Josh, loved by her aunts, uncles and cousins.

A service to celebrate Kelaine’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12.30pm on Wednesday April 24, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations for the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
