Former Principal of Maniototo Area School, Teachers College Lecturer, life member and fellow of the NZEI and recent graduate from Otago University; almost 88 years old.

Dearly loved husband of Josie, loved father of Ian and Kath, Janet and Trevor, Helen, John, Peter and Sue, Grandad Jack to Jane, David and Jeska; Lizzy and Tom, Amy and Jase, Chris; Malcolm and Grace, Robbie, Steven, Sally, and Conor, special Grandad Jack to all his great grandchildren, dearly loved brother of Daphne and Jim, loved by all his extended family

A celebration of Jack’s life will be held in St Margaret's Church, Main Road, Green Island, Dunedin at 2:00 PM on Wednesday June 26, followed by private cremation. For those wishing to visit Jack, he will be resting at 16 Kennedy Road, Fairfield.
