On February 10, 2020, after a brief illness, at the Otago Community Hospice, with family by his side; aged 76 years.

Dearly loved husband and friend of Gay, much loved Dad of Jan and Jeff, Todd and Barbara, Sue and Allan, Mark and Claire, loved Grandad of Emily, and Isabell; Sean, and Aidan.

A private cremation has been held.

Ian’s family invite you to a gathering to celebrate his life and share a yarn at the Mornington Tavern (downstairs) from 3pm on Saturday, February 15.

In lieu of flowers, donations for the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the gathering.
