On March 1, 2020, suddenly at home; aged 41 years.

Loved husband of Mamiko, much loved Dad of Hana, and Hugo, dearly loved son of Albert, and Kam, and step-son of Janice, dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of Emily and Glenn, loved uncle of Maya.

A service for Simon will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, Dunedin at 10am on Friday March 6, followed by private cremation.
