SIMMONS, Kathleen Evelyn (Kath) RN

Peacefully on April 12, 2021 at Montecillo Veterans' Home and Hospital; in her 91st year.

Dearly loved daughter of the late Ethel and Ernest Simmons, younger sister of the late Colin and loved sister-in-law of the late Val, inspirational and treasured Aunty of Sally Fahey, Great Aunty of Rebekah and Steve Quirke (”the favourite”), Joanne Foster, and Leigh Prosser, Great Great Aunt of Sharn, and Kaysha. Loved Godmother to Jane.

A service to celebrate Kath’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, Dunedin at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 16, followed by private cremation.
