Peacefully on April 18, 2021 at Montecillo Veterans Home and Hospital with family by his side; in his 100th year.

Dearly loved husband of the late Stella, loved Dad and father-in-law of Wayne^ and Winnie, Phil and Carol^ (Australia) and PYong, Dianne^ and Bill Young, Lois Harris, Donald and Roanne (Australia), Joan and Graham Parish, Lynda Reader and Dave (Mt Manganui) and William (Sam) and a loved Grandad, Great Grandad and Great Great Grandad to all his grandchildren and their families. (^Denotes deceased).

Thank you so much to Montecillo staff for all the loving care of our Dad over the past 2 years.

A Memorial service to celebrate Maurice’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, Dunedin at 2:00pm on Saturday, April 24.

In lieu of flowers donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
