On June 12, 2021, at the Otago Community Hospice, surrounded by his loving family; aged 58 years.

Dearly loved husband of Yin Su (Alice), much loved father and father-in-law of Tanya and Ross, Tara and Sheldon, and Gina. Loved Gong Gong of Henry, and Oliver. Loved son of Jean and the late Lam, loved brother and brother-in-law of Theresa and Patrick, Gary, Bill and Elaine, loved son-in-law of Jian Ming and the late Huan Hao Huang, loved brother-in-law of Yin Kuan and Pu Lun Cao, Shu Pei and Feng Yin,Shu Gei and Hai Yin and loved uncle of his nieces and nephews.

A service for Ching-Wah will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, Dunedin at 10am on Saturday June 19, the funeral then leaving for the Dunedin Cemetery.
