On June 25, 2021, at the Otago Community Hospice, surrounded by his loving family, after a courageous journey; aged 56 years.

Truly loved and adored husband and Dad of Jo, and Declan, loved eldest son of Falaniko and the late Elaine, much loved brother and brother-in-law of Marlene and Jack, Jeffrey, and Wayne and Theresa, treasured “Suman” to Logan, and Oliver and loved uncle to Kophie, Falaniko, and Luke.

Rest In Peace.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Patricks Basilica, Macandrew Road, South Dunedin at 1.00pm on Wednesday June 30, the funeral then leaving for the Dunedin Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the Mass.
