Incredibly loved father of Mia, and Lockie - their hero forever and always, treasured brother of Jo, and Carmel, favourite uncle of Mitch, and Sophia, cousin and nephew to the extended family, soulmate to Jess and stepdad of Aston - forever loved and never forgotten.

An incredible friend and a passionate and talented self employed builder.

A service for Jezza will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, at 2.00pm, on Friday July 23.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Life Matters Suicide Prevention Trust would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
