Passed away peacefully at Harbourview Rest Home, Papakowhai, aged 92.

Dearly loved wife of the late Wilfred James Mexted. Beloved mother and mother-in law of Anne and Russell Morrison; the late Prue; the late Stephen and Sue; and Richard and Jackie. Extra special Gran to Coralie and Sam, Hadden and Kate; Cam and Jean, Guy and Emma, Luke and Tish; Winton, and Jenna and Hayden. Devoted Great-Gran to Anya and Carter; Munro; Henry; Lachlan, Reid and Georgia; and Natalie and Lucy.
Loved daughter of Dick and Enid Buchanan and sister of the late Bruce and Graeme and family.

A strong and loving family character, who faced life’s challenges with resilience and good humour.
