YOUNG, Donna Marie
A beautiful soul and wonderful mother passed away from a stroke on October 10, 2021.

Her family and friends are heartbroken. She leaves her family of four beautiful children Oliver, Gracie, Emily-Rose and Leo and loving husband Richard who all deeply cherished her.
Their family life together was full of adventure and love. Her spirit will continue and live through them.

She leaves her loving parents, Violet and Ian, brother, Robbie, sister, Elaine and sister-in-law, Caroline.
Her friends and family in New Zealand, Scotland, Seychelles, USA and Canada mourn her loss.
She was a much loved and devoted English teacher at Kings High School, a loved runner with the Caversham Harriers, former international athlete, marathoner, artist and award winning writer; all her life loves.

She always lit up a room with her laugh, light and love. Her love in being a mother was her deepest gift of all. She is profoundly missed and lives in our cherished memories. We will always love you, rest in peace.

A Celebration of Donna’s life will be held on Saturday October 30, followed by private cremation. You can join the service via the Live Stream link above which will be available to view for the next 90 days. Messages may be left for the family on Donna’s Tribute page above.
