On January 14, 2022, peacefully at Leslie Groves Home and Hospital, with family by her side; aged 94 years.

Cherished wife of the late Paddy, dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Janice and the late Ray Dreckow (Adelaide), Kathy and Steve Sands (Christchurch), Jill Cathro and Rod Hancock, treasured Nana of Lisette, and Anita; Anna, and Sam; Megan, Jess, and Jared, and loved great nana of Justin, Shae, Aden, and Jake.

A service to celebrate Jean’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road at 11am on Wednesday January 19, followed by private cremation.
