On February 28, 2022, at the Otago Community Hospice, with his loving wife Lizzie at his side; aged 39 years.

Seb is loved and missed by many.

A service to celebrate his life will be held in the Glenfalloch Gardens Chalet, 430 Portobello Road, Dunedin at 10.00am on Wednesday March 16, followed by private cremation.
