Dearly loved daughter of Jan and Murray^, loved sister and sister-in-law of Nicola and Stephen, loved auntie of Jack, Madison, and Josh (^denotes deceased).

Special thanks to the staff of the Otago Hospice, Dr Blair McLaren and Dr Tiv for all their care and support.

A service for Karina will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road at 2pm on Wednesday May 11, followed by private cremation.
