PLEACE, Henry William, (Harry)

Peacefully in his sleep at home on August 13, 2022; aged 87 years.

Husband of the late Ena, loved father and father-in-law of Bill and Diane, Wayne (Sydney), Karen and Frank O’Neill, Ellana Veith (USA), Kirsty (Wellington) and Pauline (Waipiata). Loved Grandfather and friend of Kim and Kerrin, Tony and Sonja; Keda and Dave, and Cass; Michael and Steph, Kyle, Mitchell; Josh, Gemma, and Stefan, Great Grandad of Josh, Harpar, Isabella, and Elijah.

A farewell for Harry will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, Dunedin at 12:30 pm on Monday, August 22, followed by burial at Dunedin Cemetery, corner of Blackhead Road and Emerson Street.

In lieu of flowers donations to Cancer Research would be appreciated and may be left at the service or at https://www.cancerresearchtrustnz.org.nz/
