Peacefully at home surrounded by family on Saturday, August 20, 2022; aged 55 years.

Much loved husband and soul-mate of Sandra Cardona, loved son-in-law of Diana and Uriel, dearly loved eldest son of Evan and Bev, admired and loved brother of Gareth Hopkins, and Leah Wilson, loved brother-in-law of Adrian, Sol Cardona, and Andrew Wilson, loved and fun uncle of Katie, and Emma Wilson.

Sandra and family would like to acknowledge and thank Dunedin Hospital, Auckland Hospital, Otago Community Hospice, Community Nurses, and friends for their amazing support and care given to Dale.

We will celebrate Dale’s life in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, Dunedin at 11a.m on Thursday, August 25, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
