On October 4, 2022, Ron departed the compassionate and much appreciated care of Ross Home to join his beloved wife, Rosemary.

Youngest son of William and Doris Brooks, Ron was the last of his generation. Treasured and loved Dad of Stephanie, Jocasta, and Lysanne. Adored Grandpa of Anthony, and Ashley, adored Granda of Nassima. Respected friend of Stuart, Said, Ali, Lawrence, Charlotte, Natalie, Mark, and Veronika. Revered Godfather of Willam A Brooks (UK).

As per Ron’s wishes a private eco interment will be held. In lieu of flowers donations to the Neurological Foundation of NZ would be appreciated.
