On November 14, 2022 at Dunedin Hospital; aged 69 years.

Loved wife to Bill Winmill, loved mother and mother in-law to Matt and Corrin Winmill, Faye Winmill, Alice and John Scott. Doting Grandma to Harry, Hunter, and Hollie Winmill; Ollie, Annabelle, and Rosa Scott. Joy was daughter to the late Ray and Betty Quested, sister and sister in-law to Allison and Will Mulder, Neville and Annie Quested, the late Sheryl Al kawaji and husband Ali. Sister-in-law to Maureen and Don Balmain, Lynley and Maurice Chave, Jeff and Aileen Winmill and Annie and Steve Moffit. Aunty to Ben and Nina, Anna and Michelle, and Jessie. Fiona and Sophia, Callum and Mitchell, Zaena and Kassem.

A service to celebrate Joy’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, Dunedin at 11.00am on Saturday, November 19, followed by private cremation.
