On December 15, 2022, unexpectedly in ICU Christchurch Hospital; aged 52 years.

Dearly loved husband and best friend of Linda, loved and treasured Dad of Jacob, and Ryan. Much loved son-in-law of Dawn and the late Karel Kruishoop.

A gathering to remember Tony will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, at 2pm on Wednesday, December 21, followed by private cremation.
