SKEGG, Dr Keren Mary

– On October 31, 2023, at home in Dunedin, cared for by her family, after a long illness that never held back a full life; aged 72 years.

Adored wife (and so much more) to David for 50 years, dearly loved and devoted mother of Caroline and Julia, and mother-in-law of Justin Harvey, proud Grandma of Charlotte and Joseph.

Treasured daughter of the late Allan and Elizabeth Cargo, loved sister of the late Donald Cargo and the late Clare Wilson, and sister-in-law of Clare’s husband Gordon, loved sister-in-law of Peter and Elizabeth Skegg and the late Michael and Charlotte Skegg, loved by all her nieces and nephews.

A service for Keren will be held in Knox Church, George Street, Dunedin, at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 10. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Otago Community Hospice.
