BENNETT, Bruce Rongomai. Passed away peacefully in Wellington on 1st February, 2025, aged 71.

A cherished husband of Tui, and father and father-in-law of Simon & Emma, Hamish & Jody M, Maika & Jody P.



Adored son of Ted and Elaine, and brother and brother-in-law of Mark & Sue, Christopher, Niki, Gillian, Paul & Donna, Kim & Diane, Michael & Jane, Huia & Brent, & Bill.



Much loved grandfather of Elena, Grace, Piata, Tiki, Tai, & Leo. In keeping with all he's given us throughout his life, he spent his last days surrounded by whanau, manaaki and love. He was a very special man and he will be missed so much.



In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mary Potter Hospice in Wellington. Messages to the family may be left here in Bruce's tribute book or posted c/- PO Box 14-366, Kilbirnie, Wellington 6241.



A service to celebrate the life of Bruce will be held at Karori Main Chapel on Tuesday 4th February at 11am.
