Jan passed away peacefully at home with family on Saturday, September 19, 2026 after a long battle with Gallbladder cancer. She was 80 years old.

Beloved mother of Adrian, Stephen, and Kerry, and much-cherished mother-in-law of Sonia, Martijn, and Nicola. Proud and devoted grandmother to Riley, Hazel, Zac, and Hunter, who she endlessly supported in all their activities, sports, drama, and hobbies.

Jan lived a life full of love, friendship, and conversation. She was deeply committed to her work, loved watching sports, and cherished going out for dinner, attending movies, and seeing shows with her many friends.
Leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met, she will be deeply missed and forever remembered in our hearts.

She was particularly lucky and proud to have celebrated her 80th Birthday recently with a few close friends and family.

All welcome to attend.
(Please note that parking is very limited at The Pines. Please park at Princess Bay and a shuttle will be provided.)

A wake for close friends and family will follow at her home.
