HUGHES, Evan Alexander (Alex)

On March 27, 2008, unexpectedly but peacefully at his home; in his 88th year.

Dearly loved husband of the late Flo, loved father and father-in-law of Evan and June (Queensland), David and Lydia (Queensland), Stephen and Joselyn (Mosgiel), Joan and Barry Robb (Christchurch) and Glenys Kwiat (Dunedin), much loved grandad of Mitchell, and Stewart; Malau, and Teresa; Karla, and Wayne; Carolyn, and Graham; Jared, and Cameron.

A service for Alex will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner of Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2 pm on Wednesday April 2, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
